What do the letters on your products mean?
We have three different ways we offer our products.
1 - PO - Weekly pre-orders
2 - M2O - Made to order
3 - IS - In stock
PO - How do the weekly pre-orders work?
Our weekly pre-order pieces open on a Wednesday morning, and close the following Tuesday evening at 11:59pm. Please allow two weeks from closing date (Tuesday), for us to make your product.
M2O - How do the made-to-order pieces work?
Our made-to-order pieces are offered individually, outside of our pre-order schedule. The price is higher than the weekly pre-order product because each piece is cut and made individually, meaning more time is spent on cutting individually, and machine set up. This also means these pieces can be altered to fit you. Please let us know prior to ordering if you would like a piece customised to fit you. Allow ten working days from your order date for your piece to be made.
IS - How do the in-stock pieces work?
We currently hold stock of our black briefs and our black face masks. This means we are able to pack and send your order efficiently. From time to time, we may run out of stock, in which case we will contact you to let us know your order may take a little longer. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to check on stock levels hello@rachelmills.co.nz 
Why do so many pieces say 'sold out'?
We mainly work to a pre-order schedule. If a piece says 'sold out' this means we do not currently have that product available in our weekly pre-order selection. Please get in touch if you are interested in a 'sold out' product.
What if I want to order something that is sold out?
Send us an email on hello@rachelmills.co.nz . We are able to offer our pieces outside of the pre-order schedule, for an additional $20 per piece. This covers the time it takes us to cut individually, and the time spent setting up the machines for a one-off piece. Otherwise, if we know we have a lot of interest in a sold-out piece, we will add it to our weekly pre-orders coming up.
Why are some pieces more expensive than others?
We have a selection of pieces that we make individually. This means additional time is spent cutting a one off piece, and setting up our machines to make it individually. The additional cost is to cover our time spent.
How long will my order take to make?
Please allow approximately two weeks from the pre-order closing date (Tuesday) for us to make your order. This allows us to make all orders across the week, at one time.
How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow 2-3 days (within NZ) to receive your order once dispatched.
I selected pick-up. When will my order be ready to pick-up?
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text. Please check your junk mail if you think you should have received it but haven't. Otherwise, we are more than happy to give you an update if you contact us

I pre-ordered a product and I haven't received it yet.
Please check in on the estimated delivery date of the product you ordered. Allow two weeks from pre-order close (Tuesday), for us to make your garment, then an additional 2-3 days to receive your order, within NZ. We try to stick to our estimated dates as much as possible, but please be aware that sometimes there may be delays. You will receive either a shipping confirmation or a pick-up confirmation once your order is complete. Get in touch with us at any time to check on the progress of your order hello@rachelmills.co.nz 
I ordered your underwear and I haven't received it yet.
Please allow 3-4 days to receive your order, within NZ. We keep stock of our underwear, so these pieces are usually available the next day, to give us time to process your order. You will receive either a shipping confirmation or a pick-up confirmation once your order is ready. From time to time, we may run low on stock, but we will be doing our best to make more. If you have placed an order, please get in touch with us at any time to check on the progress of your order hello@rachelmills.co.nz 
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that there are currently international shipping delays.
