High waist and high cut brief made from organic cotton stretch jersey. Double layered front and back. Back has fold along outer edge to minimise V.P.L (visible panty line). Front has no external elastic to minimise irritation against bikini line. Centre back seam stops before lower gusset for comfort.

Our (PO) garments only contribute to what’s needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Each garment exists because it was selected by you, not produced on speculation. Our weekly schedule makes this process efficient. Weekly orders close every Tuesday at midnight, and our in-house team then spends the next seven days carefully manufacturing that week’s selection.

It’s a considered way to shop; designed for those who value quality over excess but still want to build a wardrobe that evolves with them, one piece at a time.

Care [ v. ] To look after and keep in a good state or condition.
With our intention to restore[01], as part of a daily ritual, we advise the following care
after each everyday[04] use.
[ 01 ] Treat stains immediately, with a delicate spot clean and a gentle stain remover.
Gently work into the stain before rinsing thoroughly.
[ 02 ] Warm, gentle hand wash, to refresh and restore the shape of your item. Use a
mild detergent, preferably liquid. Rinse well. Alternatively, you may use the delicate
cycle.
[ 03 ] A delicate spin cycle may be used.
[ 04 ] Dry garments efficiently. A light breeze and indirect sunlight will help.
[ 05 ] Warm iron without much pressure. Use steam.
[ 06 ] Store folded

Please follow our standard size chart, noting that the hip is always measured at the widest point of the lower section of your body. If you prefer increased coverage through the front of the brief, we recommend sizing up one size.

I originally purchased the wrong size for these briefs (went with my waist measurement although they were too big for my hip measurement) so the briefs I received were way too big, especially when they stretched out with wear.
I reached out to customer support which was amazing! they advised for me to come in store to have a look at the sizes and to see which ones would fit me the best. I understood that I could only exchange the unworn briefs rather than the pair I had already worn but Rachel added an extra pair of briefs in for free!
I'm in between sizes and I chose the smaller size which I think works well for me. The more snug fit to me feels like it moves around less and doesn't look weirdly baggy when it stretches out. The fabric is a nice thicker cotton that is very breathable.
The fit is is quite good especially through the back and leg areas. The only issue would be that the front panel tends to become a bit loose with wear, I almost feel that for my body shape there is bit too much fabric at the front (but this may work well for other people).

Overall I really like the concept of this brand and the items seem to be of very good quality, will definitely be buying more from them!

We offer free standard shipping on all NZ orders over $249NZD [excluding rural and PO boxes]. Please select the appropriate shipping type based on your address.

Expect your delivery within 2-3 working days after your garment has been made. For rural address, please allow an additional 1-2 working days.

Australia Shipping

We now have two different shipping options to Australia based on weight and timeframe. For orders under 900g, our standard shipping timeframe to Australia is 6-12 business days, once the garment has been made. Orders over 900g will default to our priority tracked shipping, with expected delivery 2-3 business days after your garment has been made. You may also select this option on orders under 900g. If you require your order any sooner, please email hello@rachelmills.co.nz.

A customs duty may be charged to you on orders over $1000AUD. Rachel Mills is not responsible for this duty.

Rest of World

We ship worldwide. Our standard shipping timeframe to the rest of the world is 6-12 business days, once the garment has been made. If you have selected priority tracked shipping, please expect your delivery within 7 business days after your garment has been made. A customs duty may be charged to you depending on your country's customs rules and regulations. Rachel Mills is not responsible for this duty.

USA Shipping - From the 29th of August 2025 onwards, the US government is removing the de minimus exemption for all commercial shipments from anywhere in the world (including NZ). This means, all shipments arriving after this date will be charged US import duties ranging from 5% to 20%, plus potential customs brokerage fees, processing charges, and/or state-level taxes, on top of a 15% tariff for NZ made goods. Rachel Mills is not responsible for any of these duties, and it is your responsibility as the receiver to be contactable by customs during this time via the details on your shipment. If you do not respond within the given timeframe, your order will be returned to us and you will not be reimbursed.
